In an interview on MSNBC, Apple CEO Tim Cook criticized what he called Facebook’s business model, saying, “If our customer was our product, we could make a ton of money. We’ve elected not to do that.” Cook also announced that Apple will be investigating its massive app store for potential privacy issues. NBC’s Jo Ling Kent reports.
